Tóm tắt (Abstract)
Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm đánh giá tác dụng giảm đau và sưng nề của màng Fibrin giàu tiểu cầu PRF sau phẫu thuật răng 8 hàm dưới. Màng PRF được tạo thành bằng cách lấy máu tự thân của người bệnh ly tâm với tốc độ 1800 vòng/phút trong 8 phút để đạt được nồng độ các yếu tố tăng trưởng ở mức tối ưu và ghép vào huyệt ổ răng vừa điều trị, tiến hành khâu miệng vết thương bằng chỉ tự tiêu catgut. Nghiên cứu tiến hành trên 120 lượt bệnh nhân có chỉ định nhổ răng số 8 hàm dưới và chia làm 2 nhóm có và không sử dụng PRF dụng sau phẫu thuật. Các bệnh nhân được đánh giá theo tiêu chí: Mức độ đau theo thang điểm VAS, độ sưng má, độ khít hàm. Kết quả cho thấy nhóm sử dụng PRF có mức độ giảm đau tốt hơn, độ sưng má ít hơn và tình trạng khít hàm thấp hơn có ý nghĩa thống kê vào các ngày thứ 2, 3, 4 sau điều trị so với nhóm không sử dụng (p<0,05). Như vậy, nghiên cứu của chúng tôi đã cho thấy sử dụng PRF ghép vào huyệt ổ răng sau nhổ răng số 8 có tác dụng làm giảm đau, giảm sưng má theo chiều dọc và ngang, đồng thời giúp bệnh nhân há miệng được tốt hơn, rút ngắn thời gian hồi phục vết thương so với thông thường.
Abstract
EVALUATION OF THE PAIN AND SWELLING REDUCTION EFFECT OF PLATELET-RICH FIBRIN GRAFTING MEMBRANE AFTER MANDIBULAR WISDOM TOOTH SURGERY
Research on the application of platelet-rich fibrin membrane aims to help heal wounds quickly after wisdom tooth surgery, by taking the patient's own blood and centrifuging it at 1800 rpm for 8 minutes to achieve optimal growth factor concentrations. The study was conducted on 120 patients who were indicated for wisdom tooth extraction and divided into 2 groups, using autologous PRF (n = 80) and not using (n = 40) it after wisdom tooth surgery. Patients were evaluated based on standards: Pain level based on VAS scale, cheek swelling, jaw tightness. Related factors surveyed included: Age, functional symptoms, blood tests. The group using platelet-rich fibrin membrane had better pain relief, less cheek swelling and lower jaw tightness with statistical significance on days 2, 3, and 4 compared to the group not using it (p < 0.05). The results showed that using platelet-rich fibrin membrane grafted into the tooth socket after wisdom tooth extraction had the effect of faster pain relief, reduced vertical and horizontal cheek swelling, and helped patients open their mouths better, shortening the wound healing time compared to normal.
